ØISHI French Vodka Crafting Process

  • DISTILLATION

    We initiate the transformation by lowering the base alcohol content from 88 to 40 Proof, gracefully blending in Lemon Haze flower and organic CBD. The vodka proceeds through a precise six-fold distillation within an Arnold Holstein copper alambic, culminating in an exquisite tapestry of scents and tastes.

  • REDUCTION & REFINEMENT

    During this phase, we employ slow distillation techniques to remove impurities and capture the 'heart' alcohols, bringing the initial 150L down to 50L. Over two months, we carefully add mineral water drop by drop with minimal calcium to a steel vat, adjusting the alcohol content to 40 degrees without affecting the taste.

  • HAND BOTTLING & PRESERVATION

    ØISHI French Vodka is hand-bottled without the use of cold filtration to ensure the aroma and flavors are not compromised. Although cold filtration is commonly used to remove impurities, we opt against it. The resulting slight cloudiness in our vodka is not only acceptable but serves as an authentic mark of our craftsmanship.

HOW TO STORE ØISHI?

Thanks to its black color, Øishi’s bottle will protect the vodka from the sun. However, we recommend to keep it at room temperature with low humidity.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept the return within 30 days since the delivery. All returns are at your expense.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over 15€, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Order damaged in transit:
If damage is found upon receipt of your order, refuse it and the delivery service will return it to us. Once the order is received, we will contact you and offer a replacement for your order.
