Oishi is the result of a passion for excellence and a commitment to crafting a vodka that redefines the rules of spirits.

ØISHI is a Vodka produced from the blend of the emblematic French grapes
varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier - harvested by hand.

The characteristic citrus and cucumber notes come from the Lemon Haze flower. This flower with complex aromas comes from organic farming from the North of France.

The Vodka is distilled 6 times in an Arnold Holstein, the Rolls Royce of stills. This hybrid still allows you to manage a multitude of parameters in order to bring out very precise aromas.

All of those elements reunited together allow the creation of a high-class vodka, long and pure that perfectly balances freshness, finesse and fullness

A 3-step manufacturing process:

Distillation in a water bath, slow and progressive, carried out 6 times. We remove the head (toxic) and tail alcohols (heavier, fatty, less pure) in order to concentrate on the heart alcohols and make a blend. The selected hearts come out of the still at 71 degrees.

Very slow reduction via the incorporation of mineral water low in calcium so as not to alter the taste of the ØISHI. This incorporation is done drop by drop over 2 months in order to bring the Vodka to 40 degrees.

Bottling by hand, without cold filtration to preserve the aromas.

We wanted to restore the nobility of Vodka by ensuring quality and uniqueness to both its content and its container. The characteristic black bottle, made of Onyx glass, keeps our elixir safe from the light.

Decorated with a silver hot hand-made stamping which allows it to last over time unlike a paper label.

This know-how is executed in a workshop which also carries out the screen printing of Chanel and Dior limited editions Fragrances.

The ceramic cork is handmade in Venice, with a granite stone look, that reminds us our connection to earth.

‘‘I believe that our friendship is the main inspiration for ØISHI. In other words, it’s a blend of two personalities that create a powerful and inspiring bond. It is also transmitted in our choice of combining two cultures – Japanese and French, subtile and elegant.
We love what we do and we wish to transmit it though our passion for spirits. ØISHI was not easy to create, it is the result of years of work. We enjoy every step of the way and continue to learn and evolve with ØISHI.”

‘‘My grandfather inspired me to be an entrepreneur. He transmitted the values of work and perseverance. He used to work for his own father who was a brewer before he created his own company of spirits and wine distribution.
The passion for quality spirits runs in my blood, and I am determined to continue the legacy.
Adrien and I have traveled the world for the past 6 years, learning about spirits and artisans in order to create a perfect blend of cultures in a drink.”
